50х130 cm (19×51 inches) oil on canvas. The painting of a Ukrainian artist reproduced the Bessarabian steppe. The flourishing of grasses burnt by the bright sun gives the picture a sense of dynamism. The colors of the landscape are created by brownish-red stems of thistles and blue flowers of field axons, which are emphasized by a local yellow spot of the sun-burnt steppe. The picture of Ukrainian nature is painted using several painting techniques – dripping and impressionistic painting. The painting has a gallery stretch and can be exhibited without a frame.
