In this painting, I explored how figures try to hide their presence, yet their monumental postures cannot escape our sight. Through sharp geometric lines and fractured shapes, I created a world of displacement and migration—where identities seem unsettled but still powerfully present.

The palette is intentionally light, with spontaneous strokes that allow forms to emerge freely, almost as if they constructed themselves on the canvas. This instinctive action is what shapes my signature style—where expression and geometry meet.

Historically, my work connects to the Cubist tradition of Picasso and Braque, but I find myself standing close to the dialogues of artists like George Condo, yet my voice remains rooted in the realities and histories I carry from South Asia.
